As an Independent roofing and cladding consultancy we carrying out works on a variety of projects such as new developments, design and build contracts, property refurbishment, and general maintenance. We also offer health and safety advice in roofing and cladding matters as well as failure reports, acquisition surveys and condition surveys.

Impartial advice

The practice was established in 1990 by Michael Kilbey F.I.o.R. Its sole purpose is to provide both Industry and property owners with a source of independent advice for solving problems with roofing, cladding and building envelope issues.

Totally independent

Since inception the practice has been independent from manufacturers and  contractors. This independence enables us to specify the correct solution from all approved products and systems available on the open market.
